- Damaged, defective, or misprinted items: Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. If the issue is due to a production error, we'll replace or refund the item at no additional cost.
- Lost packages: Claims for packages lost in transit must be made within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
- Returns: Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for ordering the wrong size, color, or changing your mind. Please review our size charts before purchasing.
- Incorrect shipping address: If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
- Unclaimed packages: Orders returned because they were not claimed may require a new shipping payment before they can be resent.
